How does the "reversible" design work? Is it hard to set up?

It's very straightforward! During assembly, you simply choose whether to place the hanging rod section on the left or the right side. The instructions clearly show both options, so you can set it up once to perfectly fit your room layout.
Can I change the side of the hanging rod after it's already assembled?

To change the layout from left to right (or vice versa), you would need to partially disassemble and reconfigure the lower section. It's designed to be set up in your preferred configuration from the start.
How easy is it to adjust the three shelves in the other section?

Very easy. The shelves are adjustable with a simple clip system. You can freely move them up or down to create different spacing for shoes, sweaters, bins, or anything else without needing tools.
What is the large fixed top shelf best used for?

It's perfect for storing bulky, lightweight items you don't need every day, like spare pillows, comforters, luggage, or seasonal storage boxes. It adds significant extra capacity.
Is the metal frame strong enough for this flexible design? Does it wobble?

Yes, it's built with a sturdy steel frame and is very stable. For maximum safety, especially once loaded, we include an anti-tip kit to securely anchor it to the wall, which prevents any wobble or tipping risk.
